My goal is to create the ultimate standup training environment for sport fighting enthusiasts.
As the sport fighting world has evolved and developed over the last 30 years, I have had to adapt and learn by trial and error what works best to get the fastest results out of a developing fighter. I am not interested in keeping the standard of the average fighter but to exceeding it. Every fighter has different kinds of potential. A good trainer will be able to adjust and innovate to see what training techniques and strategies works best for their student.
I'm not interested in producing decent fighters. I want to release the full potential in students and I believe I can help a lot of people do this. I emphasize developing precision stand up striking skills in the areas that are most needed. This is usually in the form of kick punch conditioning and coordination. I also focus on how to develop speed accuracy power endurance and strategy. With experience in training and competing in 4 standup styles, Karate Boxing and 2 styles of Muay Thai. I have collected what I feel are the most effective training drills for each one so far...
