Dutch Style Muay Thai low Kicks & Attack Strategy -
Out of the Box Boxing - Dynamic Karate Kicking - Drills/Counters Free Sparring - Kicking Clinch & Knee Work with Belly Pads
Some training camp strategies:
I like to take the best techniques from the best styles that the best fighters use and strive to imitate them. When you are preparing for a fight you don't want to be predictable but you want to be unpredictably clever having a variety of tools available to pull out and use. You want to throw your opponent off with skills and moves he is not ready for.
If you train the same way everyone else does you will get the same results and will not stand out. You have to use training strategies that are smarter than your opponents and are out of the box. Train to keep your opponent off balance and break their rhythm. Use pushing, pulling, tripping, grabbing and neck twisting to get him off balance. Develop blitzing techniques with dynamic combinations that will put you well in front on the judges score cards.
Learn how to be a really good kicker and impress the judges. Work on being able to see everything coming ahead of time like Mayweather does and be miles away before the punch or kick gets near you. Get good at foot trips and taking your opponent off his feet whenever you want. Be in shape and better prepared than your opponent so you can wear him out with great footwork exhausting clinch wrestling techniques and constant knees.
