I offer self development through martial arts and fight training. Discover hidden abilities and develop confidence for defending your self. We start with a series of one on one lessons usually 10 then when you are ready I match you up with other students for practicing various drills. My goal is to sharpen your skills so that you know you are doing techniques properly. You will see how developing a solid foundation is important for building everything else on.
